I Love going to Kohl’s. It’s very convenient to be able to exchange or return things to Amazon and now the extra coupon you get is good for more than just that day. The store is always clean. Everyone is always so friendly and I can find what I’m looking for and usually for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Kohl's is truly a one stop shopping experience. Men's, women's, and kids dress clothes, casual clothes. A large shoe, boot, slipper, and sneaker selection. Bed and bath accessories and decor. A small electronics department. Kids toys and games. Jewelry, sunglasses and fragrances (both high end and costume). Sales racks everywhere some up to seventy percent off (although sometimes the racks are not in order of size which makes it hard to look for things). The employees are always friendly and helpful. And the store is clean and well kept.

Most of the time we don't have problems with kohls but the lady in customer service was really rude. we had to return an online order that we didn't buy it was a gift and didn't have an receipt and she was downright rude then she proceeded to make comments about us stating that this is all what young people do as we walked away to other customers.

This Kohl's store is great, its clean, nice displays, friendly staff, always a staff member waiting to cash you out, help with discounts, you do not see merchandise laying on the floor or disarrayed . Everything is orderly, even labeled correctly. This is truly my favorite store. Now they have self checkout, i haven't used yet, not sure how i feel about that. I like interaction with a person, but thats my preference.

The only downside was not enough cashiers. Prices were EXCELLENT. Good variety of inventory. Nice clerks!

For years, Kohl's was my go to place for business casual and casual clothes, particularly in tall sizes. Not anymore. I would say there's not even a business casual section anymore let alone in the tall area (I am only speaking to the men's area). Kohl's has sold out to Under Armor, Adidas, and the graphic tee industry; sports ware is mostly what they sell now. Kohl's is turning in to the new Kmart in merchandise and customers they want to attract.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I had to drop off an Amazon return and the cashier was rude and rolling her eyes because there were 2 different QR codes
